Your mission::
Central technical role with close cooperation with technical management• Technical support for projects in the field of BESS and hybrid systems throughout their entire life cycle
• Technical pre-sales and sales support, including direct technical customer contact
• Participation in customer meetings and technical coordination
• Active participation in commissioning, testing and acceptance (on-site and remote)
• Second-level technical support, including analysis and resolution of technical issues in the project and operational environment
• Conducting practical technical training for internal and external partners
• Establishing, documenting and further developing technical standards, processes and guidelines
Main challenge: Building stable technical structures and gradually assuming responsibility in parallel with operational project business
Your profile::
• Technical training or degree (e.g. electrical engineering, energy technology, mechatronics or similar)
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of renewable energies (BESS, PV, charging infrastructure or similar energy systems)
• Good technical understanding of electrical energy systems (LV/MV), protection technology, grid integration and system interfaces such as inverters and EMS
• Experience or willingness to actively participate in commissioning
• Ability to analyse technical issues in a structured manner and communicate them clearly
• Customer-oriented approach in technical exchanges
• Good knowledge of German, English required for technical coordination
