YOUR ROLE Coordinate tooling requirements to support production teams. Deliver fit‑for‑purpose tooling for operational needs. Manage tooling readiness and maintenance for scheduled production. Verify tooling accuracy against drawings and purchase orders. Maintain tooling records and compliance, including audits and performance checks. YOUR EXPERIENCE Strong tooling knowledge in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Collaborative team approach with a proactive, can‑do attitude. Trade qualification in Toolmaking, Fitting & Turning, Mechanical Engineering or similar. Technical and analytical capability to assess tooling performance and resolve issues. Effective communication and documentation skills AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE ROLES & SECURITY A Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance. In some cases, individuals who hold a current clearance from a foreign government may be eligible to have this clearance recognised by the Australian Government and be eligible for this role.
