IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As Technical Marketing & Business Development Manager at Envalior, you will play a key role in delivering expert guidance on extrusion processing technologies and packaging applications, supporting customers in optimizing performance and unlocking new opportunities. You will also take the lead in initiating and supporting the development of new applications, helping to expand market potential and drive innovation. In addition, you will provide technical training to both colleagues and customers—particularly in the areas of film and extrusion—and closely monitor competitor activities to translate market needs into tailored product specifications.

You will also contribute to business development by identifying emerging market trends, evaluating new business opportunities, and collaborating with commercial teams to shape strategic growth initiatives. Your insights will help define value propositions, support go-to-market strategies, and strengthen Envalior’s position in key application segments.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

• Identify and assess new business opportunities in collaboration with sales and marketing
• Translate technical insights into commercial value propositions for strategic growth
• Respond to customer inquiries on product data, regulations, and application needs
• Maintain and align technical documentation with internal and external stakeholders
• Explore new extrusion technologies to support innovation and sustainability

Requirements:
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Strong technical background in application technology (film, filament, injection molding, blow molding)
• Solid understanding of polymerization technology, organic chemistry, and analytical methods
• Experience in the film or packaging industry is a plus
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly language
• Fast comprehension, analytical thinking, and an independent working style
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Plastics Engineering or related field
• Relevant experience in technical marketing or application development
• Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and internal teams
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
