Technical Manager Spatial Experiences (m/f/d)

Deine Aufgaben:
As a Technical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of projects from a technical perspective, driving delivery through a collaborative, transparent, and solution-oriented approach. You will leverage the expertise of cross-functional teams, foster strong communication, and ensure excellence across all project phases.
 
In this role, you will:
• Lead the end-to-end technical management of projects and tenders, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery in line with client expectations and company standards. 
• Develop and oversee high-quality technical documentation, including layouts, schematics, system diagrams, and project schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. 
• Coordinate the design and engineering of integrated audio-visual and lighting systems, aligning innovative solutions with project requirements. 
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across all project stages. 
• Plan and manage project resources effectively, optimizing team performance and balancing workloads across multiple projects. 
• Define project objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, track progress, and adapt strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery. 
• Organize and lead project meetings, maintaining clarity, transparency, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Monitor project quality, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where needed. 
• Provide leadership and direction to technical teams, supporting their performance and ensuring coordinated execution of all technical aspects. 
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing processes, workflows, and best practices within the team. 
• Maintain and enrich internal knowledge resources, including contributing to and updating technical content within the BeWunder WIKI. 
• Stay attuned to market trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate and strengthen project outcomes.

Dein Profil:
• Proven technical project management experience with turnkey projects (AVL, scenic, fit-out) such as museums, visitor experience centers, EXPO pavilions and other permanent/ semi-permanent installations in the entertainment and cultural field.
• A degree in Audio-Visual field, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of Audio, Video and Lighting systems and control. 
• Knowledge and experience with current technologies for large scale installations.
• Good understanding of technical, business and contractual correlations in all complexity.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets. 
• Strong industry network in the UAE and KSA is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English language proficiency is a must.
• Flexible to work based on the requirements of the industry.
