The Role
As Technical Maintenance Lead, you will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our processing and distribution facility. You will manage infrastructure systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical), oversee preventive maintenance and repairs. The role includes budget tracking, coordination with internal teams, and supervision of facility-related projects and external service providers.
What You'll Do
Monitor facility budget and identify cost savings opportunities.
Coordinate with production, safety, and quality teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of facility infrastructure including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
Maintain facility safety standards, including emergency preparedness and building security.
Manage facility-related capital projects, including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations.
Manage facility transportation activities.
Coordinate activities with external suppliers of services and materials required for the facility.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
Serve as point of contact during facility-related emergencies or disruptions.
What You'll need
At least a Bachelor degree in facility management, engineering, industrial management or related field
5+ years of experience in facility management or another engineering-related
Strong knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC)
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and production environments
Working knowledge of safety regulations and standards
Excellent leadership, people management, organizational and communication skills
Very well organized and execution-driven
