DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Technical Lead or Architect with 5–10 years of experience in software development, strong architectural skills, and a profound knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies, to guide the design and implementation of a Knowledge Bot powered by GenAI.

Role of the Technical Lead:

This role requires defining and validating the project’s technical architecture, coordinating with product and business teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions, and ensuring adherence to best development practices, code quality, and performance standards.

Competencies:

The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience in designing cloud-based solutions, preferably within large enterprise settings and Microsoft Azure environments, along with a solid understanding of Generative AI concepts, conversational platforms, and cloud security. They must also possess the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge and skills:

The position demands up to 3 years of experience in GenAI-related projects, prior experience as a Tech Lead or technical reference, and proficiency in technologies such as Python and .NET for backend development and React for frontend, while familiarity with GenAI tools is considered a plus.

Strong technical leadership, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset are essential.
