Technical lead - Pensions

With the growth of our Financial Services capability, we are looking for a Technical Lead with strong Pensions experience to drive solution design, engage in client architecture conversations, and prepare projects for successful early delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as UK pensions admin SME across pursuits and solution design
• Guide demo build and UK customization (member journeys, employer servicing, admin workflows).
• Create compelling materials including technical proposals, architecture blueprints, solution presentations, and client-facing documentation.
• Support pre-sales activities such as client workshops, technical demonstrations, proof of concepts, and proposal development.
• Translate operational requirements into platform configuration and delivery approach
• Provide UK depth in front of clients.

We are looking for candidates with hands-on pensions administration expertise to strengthen credibility with client stakeholders and ensure our proposition reflects real operational constraints.

• Direct experience with UK pensions admin platforms (master trust / provider / TPA environment)
• Strong understanding of existing ecosystem, integrations, data complexity, and delivery challenges
• Able to bridge pensions operations, technology teams, and architecture discussions
• Solution Architecture experience in technical consultancy or client-facing roles with hands-on experience in pre-sales solution architecture.
