Your Mission: Lead and Deliver

• Lead hands-on development and delivery, setting the standard for code excellence
• Provide thought leadership and vision that shapes integration solutions
• Drive technical discussions with clients, translating complex challenges into elegant solutions
• Champion DevOps practices, cloud innovation, and emerging technologies like AI
• Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that realise real world outcomes

Your Toolkit: Essential Expertise

• Java Spring Boot Mastery: Proven excellence in developing robust APIs and integration solutions using Java Spring Boot—this is your bread and butter
• Technical Design Excellence: Strong background in creating technical designs that bridge architecture and business requirements
• API & Service Modelling: Deep experience in API design, specification, and implementation
• DevOps Fluency: Demonstrated ability to deploy solutions via CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.) with automated testing
• Leadership DNA: Proven track record in technical leadership, mentoring developers, and guiding teams to success
• Communication Prowess: Ability to lead technical discussions confidently and provide constructive feedback professionally
• Team Synergy: Can work independently or orchestrate teams with equal effectiveness
• Passion & Drive: Energetic approach to technology, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional outcomes

The X-Factor: Stand Out with These Skills

• Integration Platform Experience: Hands-on expertise with integration platforms such as MuleSoft (preferred), Azure Integration Services, Dell Boomi, or similar
• Experience developing solutions leveraging AI technologies—your insight into intelligent automation will set you apart
• Event-Driven Development expertise (Kafka, Solace, Anypoint MQ, Confluent)
• Cloud architecture knowledge across IaaS, PaaS, iPaaS, SaaS, and Microservices
• Certifications in integration platforms or cloud technologies
• Experience navigating both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Understanding of IAM approaches and identity-driven integration patterns
