What Will You Do? 

Lead and inspire a team of talented developers, driving customization of our GenAI fintech product to meet unique client needs. 

Collaborate directly with client IT teams to understand requirements, ensure smooth integration, and deliver successful solutions. 

Manage the development process using Jira—overseeing, prioritizing, and tracking tickets to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. 

Act as a bridge between technology and business—communicating effectively with our product team to share your insights, ideas, and feedback. 

Mentor and support your team, fostering technical growth and a culture of curiosity, learning, and innovation.

What we expect from You:   

At least five years of experience in Java development environments 

A minimum of one to two years of experience leading a Java development team 

Advanced knowledge of Java and the Spring framework 

Strong interest in, and awareness of, current trends in Large Language Models (LLMs) 

Experience deploying Java applications in banking or finance, both on-premises and in cloud environments 

Angular experience is a plus 

Proficiency in Hungarian, as internal communication is conducted in this language 

Ability to communicate effectively with clients in English, both written and spoken
