We are currently developing our MVP and navigating licensing requirements, with a multidisciplinary team of 100+ people representing 20+ nationalities. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Leadership: Lead the Front-end engineering efforts for our Backoffice Portal squad, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable internal tools.

Architecture & Design: Define the technical roadmap and architecture for the backoffice ecosystem, focusing on modularity, performance, and security.

Hands-on Development: Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code (React/TypeScript) while maintaining a high standard through rigorous code reviews.

Squad Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Standards & Best Practices: Establish and champion front-end excellence, including UI component libraries, testing strategies (Unit, Integration, E2E), and CI/CD pipelines.

Mentorship: Lead and coach a team of front-end developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, ensuring the portal remains responsive and reliable for internal stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in Front-end development, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior role (FinTech/High-growth tech preferred).

Tech Stack: Expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern state management (Redux Toolkit, React Query, or Zustand).

Backoffice Expertise: Proven experience building complex internal tools, dashboards, or enterprise-grade administrative portals.

Core Fundamentals: Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (CSS-in-JS or Tailwind), browser APIs, and web security (OWASP, OAuth2).

Architecture: Strong knowledge of Micro-frontends, Component-driven development, and API integration (REST/GraphQL).

Quality Mindset: Extensive experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

Soft Skills: Strong English communication skills and the ability to lead a distributed team across different time zones.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
