This hybrid role can be based in any of our Australian offices — Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne. What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering innovative software solutions for the healthcare sector. Joining our high‑performing Product Delivery and Configuration team, you’ll bring expertise across the full product lifecycle - from design and development through testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
In this position, you will lead a team of Technical SMEs, providing strategic and technical leadership and hands-on development solutions for reporting and data migration, while also overseeing integration and DevOps practices across the broader program.
Working alongside a highly skilled extended team, you will help deliver technology that makes a meaningful and lasting impact across the healthcare sector.
You will:
• Involve in detailed design and execution of scalable reporting solutions while ensuring compliance with data governance requirements and adherence to security standards.
• Be responsible for detailed design and execution of end‑to‑end data migration from legacy systems to modern platforms, ensuring the highest standards of data quality, accuracy and consistency.
• Develop the technical WBS covering infrastructure, environments, integrations, migration, application changes, security, interdependence and activity sequencing.
• Act as technical liaison with customer technical stakeholders for build, delivery and release matters.
• Oversee technical readiness and documentation for all environments, including pre‑sales, non‑production and production.
• Develop and maintain relevant technical artefacts.
• Work with the Project Manager and Delivery Manager to align the technical plan with the overall program schedule and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones involved in product design and development, including Product Managers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Integration/Interoperability Engineers, Testers and Project Managers.

Essential Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or at least 10 years’ experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, reporting or data migration projects.
• Proven experience as Technical Lead, Technical Delivery Manager or similar role in complex enterprise or healthcare programs.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional technical teams and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent leadership skills, problem-solving, communication and written/verbal communication skills, particularly communicating complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
Desirable Requirements
• Experience in Healthcare Information Systems, EHR/EPR platforms, or HL7/FHIR standards.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS)
