Descripción

En Grupo NS incorporamos un/a Cloud Operations Technical Lead para liderar y supervisar las operaciones diarias, el rendimiento y la fiabilidad de la infraestructura cloud en un entorno multinube.

Buscamos un perfil con fuerte capacidad técnica y de liderazgo, capaz de garantizar la estabilidad, escalabilidad y seguridad de plataformas basadas en AWS, Azure y OpenShift.

Responsabilidades

Supervisar operaciones diarias y la continuidad del servicio en entornos Cloud.
Asegurar el rendimiento, fiabilidad y disponibilidad de la infraestructura.
Liderar técnicamente a equipos de Operaciones/Infraestructura/DevOps.
Diseñar e implementar automatizaciones mediante Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Gestionar despliegues con herramientas como AWS CodePipeline/CodeBuild, Azure DevOps o similares.
Colaborar con múltiples equipos y stakeholders, traduciendo conceptos técnicos a audiencias no técnicas.
Garantizar estándares de seguridad mediante Policy-as-Code.
Trabajar bajo prácticas Agile e ITIL.

Barcelona (zona Sants)
Formato híbrido: 3 días teletrabajo + 2 días oficina

Requisitos mínimos

Requisitos Técnicos

Experiencia demostrable en Cloud (Azure y AWS).
Dominio de Terraform y otros frameworks IaC (CDK, CloudFormation).
Conocimientos sólidos de redes en Azure (VNET, BGP…).
Automatización DevOps, CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins…).
Scripting: Python, PowerShell, YAML, KQL, entre otros.
Experiencia en testing y automatización de entornos.
Gestión de workflows y autoservicio.

Habilidades Personales

Inglés fluido.
Organización y gestión del tiempo.
Capacidades de comunicación y trabajo transversal.
Orientación al cliente, resolución de problemas y adaptabilidad.
Gestión de conflictos y liderazgo en entornos cambiantes.

Estudios: Certificación o formación en Informática/Ingeniería o equivalente
Experiencia mínima: 3 a 5 años
