Technical Lead - Cards

First Circle is a fast-growing, profitable, credit-led SME NeoBank in the Philippines whose shareholders include the World Bank Group (IFC). Today, our Business Credit Line and Business Bank Accounts are used by thousands of SMEs to grow and run their business. Our product velocity has accelerated — in the next few months we’ll release SME Corporate Cards, Payroll, Invoices, and Solar Financing — redefining the SME NeoBank category through software, financial products, and exceptional risk models.

As we enter the next phase of growth, we're hiring an exceptional Technical Lead with a track record of excellence to lead the build of one of our most key products, Cards.

Requirements:
• Natural creator and problem solver who loves critical thinking. You will not be expected to get it right every time, but you will always be asked to justify your thinking
• Prior experience with a Cards or Fintech product essential.
• Ideally 5+ years working with .NET or similar technology
• The ability and desire to consistently produce excellent work, individually and as part of a team. Our mission is what attracts people, but working on highly stimulating problems is what makes people stay.
