Job Description

Technical Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 30+ members across multiple projects
• Define technical architecture and ensure best practices across all deliverables
• Drive technical decisions and establish coding standards, code review processes, and quality assurance protocols
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment

AI & Product Development

• Architect and oversee the development of AI-powered products and solutions
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate AI/ML models into production systems
• Stay current with AI trends, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation
• Evaluate and recommend AI technologies that align with client needs and business objectives

Client Engagement & Consultation

• Work directly with enterprise clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and provide expert consultation on AI implementation strategies.
• Present technical proposals and architecture designs to stakeholders
• Manage client expectations and ensure successful project delivery

Team & Project Management

• Allocate resources effectively across concurrent projects
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support career development for team members
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing engineering culture
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and business development

Requirements:
Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience working with enterprise clients in Thailand
• Familiarity with Thai business culture and enterprise landscape
• Certifications in AWS (Solutions Architect, Machine Learning Specialty)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies at scale
• Previous experience at consulting firms or system integrators

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role, with proven experience leading teams of 20+ engineers
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI/ML products or AI-powered enterprise solutions
• Track record of successful client-facing consultation and implementation projects

Technical Skills

Required:

• Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development
• Experience with NextJS (React) for frontend development
• Experience with NestJS (Node.js) for backend development
• Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker, ECS, RDS, etc.)
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.), and deployment practices
• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and modern AI application development

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
