About the role

We are looking for a versatile Technical Implementation & Integration Specialist to bridge the
gap between our complex EV charging software and our diverse ecosystem of partners and
clients. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert on EV protocols, ensuring that
hardware (charging stations, payment terminals, and smart meters) integrates seamlessly with
our platform.

You don't need to be an expert in Electric Vehicles yet - we will teach you the industry-specific
protocols. What we are looking for is someone with a "technical detective" mindset: someone
who can read logs, conduct tests with different vendors, and explain technical solutions to both
colleagues and clients in plain English. If you enjoy deep-diving into technical logs, conducting
integration tests with global vendors, and translating complex technical requirements into
actionable business solutions, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:
• System Integration & Onboarding: Perform tests to ensure third-party hardware (like
charging stations or payment terminals) works perfectly with our software;

• Technical Troubleshooting: Analyse system logs and data to resolve complex issues
for colleagues, clients, and prospects;

• Consultancy & Support: Serve as a technical consultant for the sales and product
teams, providing deep-dives into regulations, protocols, and feature implementations;

• Subject Matter Expertise: Cultivate and maintain deep, specialised knowledge in
dedicated topics. Leverage this expertise to act as a strategic advisor for clients and
prospects, while collaborating closely with the product team to influence technical
development of our product;

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong partnerships with hardware vendors,
payment terminal providers, and other industry stakeholders;

• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Build a comprehensive internal knowledge
base and write technical documentation regarding product functionalities and partner
integrations;

• AI & Innovation: Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve your day-to-day
workflow;


Required Skill Set:
• Analytical Mindset: You enjoy "under the hood" work - looking at logs, data, and
technical processes to find solutions;

• Technical Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-
technical people (clients or business colleagues) and translating them into business
value;

• Soft Communication Skills: Demonstrate emotional intelligence, active listening, and
the ability to build rapport with stakeholders, fostering positive working relationships and
constructive dialogue;

• Consultative Approach: Ability to listen to a client’s needs and provide expert technical
advice in a professional, easy-to-understand manner;

• High-Level Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for interacting with
prospects, partners, and internal management;

• Project & Time Management: Ability to manage your own tasks and prioritise which
phase of a project needs your attention most;

• Technical Writing: Comfortable writing clear documentation and guides;

• Curiosity: A strong desire to learn new technologies and research in-depth
functionalities independently.


The "Nice-to-Haves" (Advantages):
• Experience or interest in working with APIs or Communication Protocols;

• Previous experience with Log Analysis (e.g., AWS logs or similar);

• Experience with Payment Terminals or hardware-software integrations.
