Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Technical Integration and Reporting Lead with strong systems thinking and extensive experience in data, reporting, solution design, and systems integration to support the integration of solutions across core capacity controls within a complex technology estate. This role combines solution design, hands-on engineering, technical communications, and governance expertise to drive operational readiness, control sustainability, and technology best practices across enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in engineering, infrastructure, or technical architecture roles, along with expertise in reporting solutions, integration frameworks, operational controls, and technical governance within highly complex technology landscapes.
What you will do:
• Work with IT System Owners and engineering teams to execute integration plans across a wide range of technology systems and services.
• Lead the design and build of interface solutions integrating data flows from core capacity management systems into upstream and downstream platforms.
• Assess existing tooling, operational practices, and data flows to identify control gaps and recommend remediation strategies.
• Design innovative, visually clear, and informative reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, architecture, and risk teams to validate technical designs and implementation plans.
• Define reusable technical patterns and tooling strategies to enhance operational readiness and control sustainability.
• Lead tooling assessments, planning activities, and documentation for integration execution initiatives.
• Support and lead testing, release management, warranty activities, and operational handover processes.
• Produce detailed solution design documentation and technical artifacts.
• Drive technology best practices through engineering communities and communities of practice.
• Support governance and reporting solution use cases, wireframes, process design, data mapping, and test case coordination.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to senior stakeholders and control partners.
• Support automation delivery and systems integration initiatives across enterprise environments.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, infrastructure, or technical architecture roles within complex technology environments.
• Strong experience in solution design, systems integration, and automation delivery.
• Experience producing solution design documentation and technical specifications.
• Strong knowledge of governance and reporting solution use cases, wireframes, process design, data mapping, and test coordination.
• Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering disciplines including observability, SLIs/SLOs, and operational automation.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply control requirements within technical design environments.
• Experience leading technical best practices through communities of practice and engineering forums.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to senior audiences.
• Experience with testing tools and operational testing activities.
• Experience with observability platforms such as Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar technologies.
• Experience implementing or enhancing operational controls related to capacity, performance, or availability.
• Exposure to internal risk frameworks or external regulatory standards including DORA, EBA, or PRA.
• Background in service reliability, incident response, or system diagnostics is preferred.
