Required Skills
Job Description
Location:
On-site - Singapore
About the Company:
Our client is building a next-generation asset-issuance protocol for event futures, where outcomes trade as liquid tokens and resolve with asymmetric, uncapped upside. By turning real-world and onchain events into programmable financial assets, the protocol introduces a new primitive for event-based speculation and continuous price discovery.
The team is focused on building mobile-first, consumer-grade infrastructure that enables users to express conviction, hedge scenarios, and trade shifting probabilities throughout the lifecycle of an event.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Growth Engineer to work closely with the protocol’s growth and partnerships teams to accelerate adoption.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and growth, helping translate business and go-to-market initiatives into practical technical solutions.
You will support campaigns, integrations, and partner initiatives by building lightweight tools, APIs, and internal systems while also acting as a technical bridge between non-technical teams and the engineering organization.
The ideal candidate is comfortable moving across backend, integrations, and product workflows, and enjoys helping teams turn ideas into working systems quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the growth and partnerships teams to translate go-to-market initiatives into technical solutions
• Build and maintain backend services supporting campaigns, analytics, integrations, and growth initiatives
• Develop lightweight internal tools, dashboards, and partner-facing utilities to support experimentation and distribution
• Act as a technical point of contact for partners, assisting with integrations, debugging, and technical documentation
• Help communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure growth initiatives are technically feasible and executed efficiently
• Identify pragmatic solutions that unblock teams and ship high-impact functionality quickly
