Your tasks:
You are responsible for the strategic design and development of repair support in After Sales. You develop efficient repair strategies and translate them into digital repair instructions, labor time standards, and guided diagnostic workflows. In addition, you manage external service providers and ensure high-quality repair support for the global service network.
Your Tasks:• Strategic design, implementation, and continuous development of holistic after-sales repair concepts
• Definition and optimization of repair strategies, considering technical, economic, and quality-related aspects
• Creation, maintenance, and further development of digital repair instructions for worldwide workshop use
• Development and alignment of labor time standards to ensure transparent and cost-efficient repair billing
• Design and optimization of guided diagnostic workflows for efficient diagnosis of complex fault patterns
• Project leadership and coordination of external service providers (systems and content), including quality, timelines, and budgets
• Alignment of requirements for repair and information systems with Development, Diagnostics, IT, and Markets
• Ensuring quality, consistency, and up-to-date repair information throughout the entire vehicle lifecycle
• Supporting vehicle launches and new technologies from an after-sales perspective
• Monitoring the effectiveness of repair concepts using KPIs and deriving continuous improvement measures
Your profile:
• Completed technical degree (e.g. Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or comparable)
• Several years of experience in automotive after sales, service engineering, or technical repair support, ideally at OEM level
• Very good knowledge of repair processes, workshop operations, and service requirements in an international environment
• Experience with digital repair instructions, labor time standards, and/or guided diagnostic workflows
• Understanding of modern vehicle technologies and E/E architectures, including software dependencies
• Experience in managing external service providers and content partners
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a high level of quality awareness
• Excellent communication skills and very good command of English
• Structured and independent working style with a strong affinity for digital after-sales solutions
