When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Technical Documentation Specialist

• You will determine configurations and introduce accurate documentation into the network inventory systems for all capacity and network projects
• Order local tails and create work orders for all capacity/network products within the BICS factory. Follow up on delivery of ordered products/services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: work closely with product management, presales, and customer support to gather information, validate technical content, and ensure the accuracy of technical documents
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of network topology and design for physical and logical network inventory (capacity transmission and cost documentation principles)
• Gain a deep understanding of applications and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content
• Work order management
• Set up and maintain confidential records, entering them into various databases
• Ensure that all records are kept up to date and that filing is carried out in a timely manner
• Ensure proper management of all cost-related information and document it accurately in the relevant systems, with a clear understanding of the processes behind the various flows used
• Work with billing teams to resolve disputes and issues
• Assist with training of new and existing team members
• Support workload planning to ensure business continuity during holiday periods

Who we are looking for

• A specialist with a strong understanding of network topology and design
• A high degree of initiative, autonomy, and commitment
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
• Self-starter who can find and resolve issues as they are identified
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating closely with peers and colleagues
• Strong organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust priorities based on ad hoc requests
• Basic knowledge of accounting rules. Interest in cost management and optimization
• Good written and spoken English

Will be an advantage

• Knowledge of CLM software platform and JIRA project management, issue tracking tool
