Summary: IHL Group is looking for a passionate Technical Designer to join our intimates division! This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a leading company within the fashion industry.

IHL Group was established in 2007. Since it opened its doors, IHL Group has securely positioned itself as a recognized manufacturer and wholesaler with its North American and global presence across all major channels.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Design team to execute design intent/tech packs, to achieve costing price point from design inception through production.
Work well cross-functionally amongst intimates technical design team; ensuring that all decisions made are shared as a collective effort with Design team.
Create and update specification tech packs, including detailed technical sketches, graded measurements, and construction details.
Works closely with design and production to resolve delivery and material issues affecting production as needed.
Adhere to time and action calendars.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of technical design experience, with an understanding of safety and testing requirements.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design.
Experience in intimates is a plus!
Proficiency in ADOBE Creative Suite such Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe Illustrator.
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment.
Job Logistics
Location: New York, NY – Midtown West
Schedule: We are operating in-office Monday-Friday.
Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000
