We’re looking for a Technical Designer who shares that passion—someone who can bring our designs to life with precision, creativity, and an uncompromising eye for detail.

The Role

You’ll be at the heart of the product creation process, transforming design concepts into beautifully constructed, perfectly fitting garments. Working closely with design, production, and global partners, you’ll ensure each piece delivers on both aesthetic vision and wearability.

What You’ll Do

Own the Fit

Lead and support fit sessions, evaluating silhouette, comfort, and movement

Execute fit corrections that enhance both form and function

Help shape and maintain the brand’s fit standards across all styles

Bring Designs to Life

Translate creative vision into precise, production-ready technical specifications

Partner closely with design to preserve the integrity of each piece from concept through production

Collaborate Globally

Communicate daily with overseas factories and vendors to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality

Troubleshoot fit and construction challenges with thoughtful, solution-oriented approaches

Elevate Quality

Inspect garments inside and out, ensuring every detail meets our standards

Support consistency in fit and construction across vendors and product categories

What You Bring

3–5 years of experience in technical design, ideally within intimate apparel or a closely related category

Strong understanding of fit, grading, and garment construction

Experience working with overseas factories

A sharp eye for detail and a passion for creating beautifully fitting garments

A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong communication skills

Compensation

$55,000 – $65,000, commensurate with experience
Includes base salary, benefits, and employee product discounts.
