About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Demonstrator – Pastry Specialist to strengthen our support to the Russian distributor network.
This role will be key in building strong relationships with chefs, identifying customer needs, and presenting our products through technical demonstrations and trainings.
You will collaborate closely with distributor teams, ensuring that end-users receive the right support at the right moment. The position involves extensive travel and direct contact with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities::
• Conduct technical demonstrations, trainings and presentations for chefs, pastry professionals, and key customers.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts across the territory.
• Identify customers’ needs and pain points through regular visits, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Support distributor sales teams by providing technical expertise during joint customer visits.
• Plan and execute product presentations, workshops, and events for medium–large audiences.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support the commercial strategy.
• Ensure optimal visibility and positioning of the company’s products in strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop new recipes, applications, or product improvements.

Requirements::
• Degree in Food Technology, Pastry, Bakery, Culinary Arts or related field
• Proven professional experience in renowned pastry or patisserie producers (industrial or artisanal)
• Strong technical expertise in pastry, patisserie and ingredients functionality
• Ability to design and adapt recipes, applications, and demonstrations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSmart, clean, and professional appearance
• Ability to build long-term business relationships with chefs and key accountsComfortable speaking and presenting in front of groups
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Russia
• Balanced mindset: 50% commercial – 50% creative/technical
• English proficiency
