Technical Delivery Manager with a strong technical background and proven experience leading software delivery and implementation projects. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, people leadership, and delivery ownership, ensuring high-quality solutions, on-time execution, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end service delivery for software implementation projects (backend, frontend, and/or OutSystems).
Act as Technical Lead and Delivery Manager, ensuring technical quality, scalability, and best practices.
Manage and coordinate cross-functional technical teams (developers, QA, DevOps, analysts).
Own project planning, scope, timelines, risks, and delivery commitments.
Serve as the main technical and delivery point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Participate in RFI / RFP processes, including technical proposals, estimations, and solution design.
Oversee architecture decisions, code quality, and adherence to development standards.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, methodologies, and team performance.
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
Senior-level experience (8+ years) in software development and delivery roles.
Strong technical background in:
Backend (Java, .NET, Node.js, etc.) and/or
Frontend (Angular, React, Vue, etc.) and/or
OutSystems platforms.
Proven experience managing software implementation projects (front-end, back-end, and/or OutSystems).
Demonstrated experience as Service Delivery Manager, Technical Lead, or Engineering Manager.
Solid experience in people management and leading technical teams.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
Experience participating in RFI / RFP processes, including technical documentation and client presentations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and delivery.
