Our client is a Portuguese insurance company and is recruiting a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Delivery Manager to support the successful delivery of software projects in complex, enterprise environments. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who is looking to grow into a delivery leadership position while acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsabilities:

• Support the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with development teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
• Assist in roadmap planning and monitor project progress, KPIs, and SLAs
• Identify and track technical risks, supporting mitigation plans
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and promote best delivery practices
• Support vendor and contract follow-up, ensuring performance aligns with agreed KPIs and SLAs
• Encourage continuous improvement in processes, tools, and delivery standards

Requirements:
• Solid understanding of software development principles, system architectures, APIs, and integrations

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, or similar
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts (CI/CD) and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Basic understanding of information security best practices (e.g., OWASP, SAST, DAST, vulnerability management)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in fast-paced environments
• Collaborative mindset and problem-solving attitude

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in IT project coordination or technical team support
• Exposure to complex corporate environments (e.g., front-end platforms, ERP systems, integrations, cloud solutions)
• Experience in the insurance industry
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, ITIL, or Cloud Fundamentals (Azure/AWS)
