Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective support to users via email and other channels, resolving inquiries related to system functionality, transactions, and technical issues
Perform technical triage of user-reported issues, identifying root causes across client applications, APIs, backend services, or external providers
Investigate and troubleshoot issues using logs, dashboards, and internal tools
Monitor system behavior and identify anomalies such as transaction failures, error spikes, or performance issues
Support incident handling, including investigation, user communication, and resolution tracking
Escalate complex or high-risk issues with clear documentation, including logs, reproduction steps, and impact assessment
Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to resolve issues and improve system performance
Track and follow up on ongoing issues to ensure timely resolution
Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and internal knowledge base updates
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in technical support, customer support, or operations
Experience in fintech, crypto, SaaS, or financial services is an advantage
Basic understanding of system architecture (client → API → backend services)
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, including transactions and system-related problems
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Experience or familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana, Datadog) is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required
