Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Technical Customer Support to join our team in Mostar.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling of customer support inquiries through various channels
Incident management while maintaining customer satisfaction
Maintaining functionality of various system components
Updating internal support documentation and creation of relevant knowledge base articles
Identifying customer requirements and providing aid while using specific system functionalities
Reporting system deficiencies to relevant product departments
Maintaining multiple communication channels between different stakeholders
Monitoring of system performance
Qualifications:
Customer service skills - previous experience is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High-level proficiency in both spoken and written English
Experience in gambling/betting industry
Troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, operating systems, networking, etc)
Basic knowledge of web technologies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Time management, multitasking, and task prioritization skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite & support ticketing systems
General interest in Sports
