You will:

• Contribute to content development for key product lines and solutions, such as developer-focused content for APIs, SDKs, and solutions.

• Apply AI-assisted authoring, prompt engineering, and automation.

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to define content needs.

• Contribute to innovation projects (AI, chatbots, interactive tutorials, video-based learning).

Essential Requirements

• 3–7 years in technical structured authoring (DITA, XML, Markdown) and modern information development such as: media, APIs, and UX writing

• Strong grasp of development workflows such as Agile/Agile team experience

• Solid experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, CMS tools, and/or CI/CD.

• Experience contributing to strategic, innovative, and/or transformative projects.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in conversational AI, interactive tutorials, and AI-powered content workflows.

• Familiarity with analytics dashboards to track content quality and engagement & Basic scripting (Power Automate, Python, JavaScript) to automate documentation tasks.
