Technical Content Creator (all genders)

Your mission::
• Conceptualization and revision of training materials for hardware and software products for classroom training, online training sessions, and e-learning courses, based on didactic and methodological principles
• Independent scheduling, preparation, delivery, and follow-up of training sessions for customers and internal employees at our locations, on-site at customer premises, or online
• Application and further development of modern learning methods
• Cross-functional collaboration with other departments and external companies
• Continuous development of your trainer skills through ongoing professional training
• Participation in regular meetings/workshops to align on global training topics
• Support of the global trainer network, e.g. through knowledge transfer

Your profile::
• Several years of experience as a trainer for technically sophisticated hardware and software products (classroom and online training)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in creating training content for hardware products (data loggers, controllers for power generation systems) as well as cloud-based SaaS software
• Experience in creating target group-oriented e-learning content and short training videos
• Experience using common tools required for the creation of e-learning content and training videos
• Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) is an advantage
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and basic electrical engineering is desirable
• Very good German and English language skills; additional foreign languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel (approx. 30%) within Germany and across Europe
• Valid Class B driving license
