As a Technical Consultant – VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), you will be an integral member of a collaborative team focused on deploying next-generation Data Center and hybrid cloud solutions. You will support project teams by contributing to designing, developing, and deploying VCF-based architectures, ensuring that solutions are well-documented, secure, and aligned with business objectives. You will also participate in customer demos, workshops, and meetings with a professional demeanor. This role requires a deep understanding of VMware’s SDDC stack and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in project teams to design and deploy VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) solutions, including configuring and integrating SDDC Manager,vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, and Aria Suite (LCM, Operations, Network, Logs).
• Contribute to development and testing activities for VCF and its ecosystem, ensuring integration with third-party tools and adherence to industry best practices.
• Support the design of complex VCF-based architectures and assist in creating technical deliverables, maintaining comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage in client workshops, demos, and working sessions, effectively communicating technical concepts and solution benefits.
• Collaborate with senior team members and project leaders to influence policies and share best practices for successful project delivery.
• Contribute to scoping, planning, and methodological aspects of projects and identify or escalate scope deviations when necessary.
• Maintain relevant VMware certifications and stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to VCF implementations.

Skills Required:
• Minimum of 7 years of technical experience with VMware and supporting technologies.
• VMware Cloud Foundation 5.2 Administrator Certification (Exam 2V0-11.24) or most recent equivalent: VMware Certified Specialist - Cloud Foundation 2024 [v2] (5V0-31.22)
• Proven implementation and upgrade skills in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and associated technologies (vSphere, vSAN, NSX, vRealize Suite).
• Moderate experience integrating VCF solutions with third-party tools such as backup, monitoring, and automation platforms.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Solid situational awareness with the ability to work on moderate to complex issues and provide in-depth analysis when needed.
• A proactive, self-starting approach with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel at least 10% as needed.

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
