Als Technical Consultant SAP Sales & Service Cloud (m/w/d) bist du Teil eines Teams, das smarte CRM-Lösungen in der Energiewirtschaft umsetzt. Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen, entwickelst innovative Lösungen in der SAP Sales & Service Cloud und setzt diese technisch um – immer im engen Austausch mit Kunden und Projektteams. Dabei arbeitest du an abwechslungsreichen Projekten im Kontext moderner Cloud-Architekturen und gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer SAP-CX-Kompetenz mit.

Was wir gemeinsam vorhaben:
• Konzeption, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen in der SAP Sales & Service Cloud
• Technische Beratung unserer Kunden entlang des gesamten Projektzyklus – von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum Roll-out
• Customizing und Erweiterung von SAP CX-Lösungen im Bereich Vertrieb & Service
• Integration der Sales & Service Cloud in bestehende Systemlandschaften (z. B. S/4HANA, SAP ERP, Drittsysteme)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Entwicklern und anderen Consultants in interdisziplinären Projektteams
• Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Lösungsansätze und Methoden

Was du mitbringst:
• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Projekterfahrung in der SAP-Beratung, insbesondere im Bereich SAP Customer Experience (CX) mit dem Fokus auf Sales & Service Cloud
• Erfahrung mit dem Side-by-Side-Erweiterungskonzept der SAP Sales & Service Cloud
• Vertrautheit mit Vertriebs-, Service- und CRM-Prozessen – vorzugsweise im Umfeld der Energiewirtschaft
• Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP Cloud-Technologien, APIs und Schnittstellen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
