Job Description

What we look for::
• You provide comprehensive consulting on Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud implementation, designing tailored business solutions that align with specific customer requirements.
• You support the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Core Clouds, including project planning, execution, training, and maintenance.
• You advise international clients on technical, functional, and methodological aspects of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, as well as on Agentforce and CPQ.
• You provide guidance on data modeling, performance tuning, security best practices, and automation strategies while continuously identifying and resolving system inefficiencies
• You measure and optimize CRM activities, ensuring compliance with measurement regulations.
• You occasionally travel to clients and attend offsite events (e.g., Salesforce events).

What we require::
• A university degree with strong academic performance in business, information systems, computer science, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
• At least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud. Service Cloud & CPQ experience are a strong plus. Salesforce certifications required.
• A proactive, structured, and data-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership and personal development.
• A team player with a hands-on mentality, eager to take on new projects and grow.
• Fluency in English (German is a plus).
