As we grow, we’re looking for a Technical Consultant who can lead integration and NetSuite solution design with both technical depth and business judgment.

What You’ll Do

The Technical Consultant bridges business requirements and technical execution. You are responsible for leading discovery, designing integration architecture, and delivering scalable NetSuite and Celigo solutions that work in real operational environments. You work directly with client stakeholders, internal developers, and project managers to define scope, architect solutions, and guide implementation. This is not a passive advisory role — you are expected to own solution design decisions and ensure what gets built actually solves the business problem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client discovery sessions to gather business and integration requirements. Design end-to-end integration architectures between NetSuite and external systems (eCommerce, CRM, 3PL, WMS, POS, marketplaces, etc.).

Configure and implement solutions using Celigo integrator.io and NetSuite native capabilities.

Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and data mappings.

Guide and review development work including SuiteScript, RESTlets, and integration components.

Advise clients on best practices related to Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, and Financial workflows.

Identify risks, edge cases, and data integrity issues early in the project lifecycle. Support testing, validation, and go-live planning.

Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders.

Ensure solutions follow Hairball delivery standards and scalable design principles.

Who You Are

NetSuite-Savvy: 3+ years of experience working with NetSuite in a technical or techno-functional capacity. Strong understanding of core ERP processes and how they connect operationally.

Integration-Focused: Experience designing or implementing integrations between SaaS platforms. Familiar with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML data structures, and system-to-system communication. 

Architectural Thinker: You see dependencies, data flows, and long-term implications — not just immediate fixes. 

Client-Facing Operator: Comfortable leading working sessions with executives and operational teams. You can challenge assumptions and guide conversations toward practical solutions. 

Technically Grounded: Working knowledge of SuiteScript, RESTlets, or web services — you may not write every line of code, but you understand what’s required to build it. Structured and Decisive: Able to manage multiple workstreams, document requirements clearly, and drive decisions forward.

Accountable: You take ownership of solution design quality and stand behind your recommendations. Preferred Skills Experience with Celigo integrator.io implementations. Background in eCommerce integrations (Shopify, Amazon, marketplaces). Experience in consulting or implementation environments. NetSuite certifications are a plus, but real-world delivery experience matters more. Experience mentoring junior consultants or reviewing technical work.
