Ziele:
Als Technical Consultant mit Fokus auf SAP S/4HANA (m/w/d) Customer Engagement bist du bei INTENSE genau richtig! Du analysierst bestehende Kundenprozesse, erarbeitest innovative Lösungsansätze und bringst dein technisches Know-how in spannenden SAP-Projekten zum Einsatz. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit interdisziplinären Teams und unseren Kunden zusammen.

Was wir gemeinsam vorhaben:
• Konzeption, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP Customer Engagement Lösungen auf Basis von SAP S/4HANA – OnPremise und Cloud
• Technische und fachliche Beratung unserer Kunden mit Fokus auf SAP CRM-Prozesse (Vertrieb, Service, Interaction Center)
• Integration bestehender SAP CRM-Lösungen in neue Systemarchitekturen und Migrationsszenarien zu S/4HANA
• Analyse und Optimierung von End-to-End-Prozessen in den Bereichen Vertrieb und Service
• Umsetzung technischer Anforderungen durch Customizing, Entwicklung und Schnittstellenintegration
• Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Lösungsansätze und Methoden

Was du mitbringst:
• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Projekterfahrung in der SAP-Beratung, insbesondere im Bereich SAP CRM (klassisch & SAP S/4HANA Customer Engagement)

• Kenntnisse im SAP-Customizing und technisches Verständnis im Bereich ABAP, OData oder Webservices

• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Migrationen von SAP CRM nach SAP S/4HANA Customer Engagement

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
