We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst (BFSI Domain) with 2.5–5 years of experience to support strategic initiatives within banking and financial services. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Mumbai (Airoli), ideal for professionals with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on exposure to API Banking and Retail/Corporate Banking systems.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions aligned with business goals.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and validate test scenarios.
• Support comprehensive testing, defect tracking, and resolution using tools such as Jira.
• Work with technical teams on integration requirements involving REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and HTTP protocols.
• Perform impact analysis and provide requirement clarifications to developers and testers.
• Analyze data using SQL and reporting tools to support decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle processes.
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 2.5–5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the BFSI domain.
• Strong exposure to API Banking and Retail/Corporate Banking systems.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and manual testing methodologies (Sanity, Functional, Retesting, Regression).
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and HTTP protocols.
• Proficiency in Jira for defect tracking and test management.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting for data validation and analysis.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to automation tools (Cucumber, Selenium), Java/DB basics, or middleware technologies (preferred).
