About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions across a modern, multi-environment ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business analysis fundamentals with a solid technical understanding of Microsoft technologies, Azure cloud services, and Linux environments. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, improving processes, and ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable, effective technical solutions.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, collaborating with project teams, engineering, and operations to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from a wide range of stakeholders

• Create clear and detailed functional and non-functional requirement documentation

• Write specifications, change requests, and process documentation

• Map and analyse existing systems, processes, and workflows

• Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs

• Design and propose cloud-based solutions aligned with business objectives

• Analyse and optimise existing infrastructure and systems

• Identify integration points between systems and define solutions for seamless data flow

• Plan and support system integrations across multiple platforms

• Coordinate with stakeholders on work items and ensure alignment across teams

• Communicate progress, risks, and updates to project teams and stakeholders

• Support the continuous improvement of processes, frameworks, and delivery standards

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role or similar

• A-Level (or equivalent) in relevant subjects

• Further education or university studies in a relevant field

• Strong process design and process mapping capabilities

• Proven experience writing clear, structured, and detailed documentation

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to clearly articulate requirements, project updates, and issues

• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across teams

• Ability to hold teams accountable and drive delivery against objectives

• Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Experience using project and delivery tools such as MS Project or similar

• Strong working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Visio, and Microsoft Office

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

• Experience driving process improvements and implementing frameworks

Nice to Have :
• Relevant professional certifications (Business Analysis, Project Management, or similar)

• Experience designing or working with Azure-based or cloud solutions

• Exposure to Linux environments

• Strong understanding of system integration patterns

• Experience working in digital transformation or large-scale change initiatives

• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
