Job Description

Expectations
• Develop technical requirements for development teams based on business requirements
• Consult with the business and making recommendations against functional requirements to help expedite deliverables
• Communicate effectively with the technical staff to ensure consistent understanding of task/project goals
• Interfacing with all management, development, and other business stakeholders as needed
• Maintain/develop documentation of business processes and systems
• Manage project deliverables and long term planning
• Assist in the QA process as necessary
• Assist in responding to support incidents reported to the e-commerce department
Key Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Technical BA in a fast paced e-commerce environment
• Comfort with evaluating and mapping conditional logic flows
• Knowledge of software development processes in a .Net web-bases applications environment
• Experience with database systems and data relational models
• Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
o Experience with wire-framing and collaboration tools, such as Balsamiq, Jira, Confluence, Assembla, etc.
• Experience with flowchart/process flow software
• Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills
