What is the role?

Work as a member of the consulting team to manage business requirements

Be the primary touch point to ensure client satisfaction

Document requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria and manage the product for client projects

Carry out high level sprint planning sessions with the development team

Develop an expert understanding of the Wealth Dynamix products

Work closely with developers to deliver software according to client needs

Define, execute and manage test phases to ensure quality

Run client facing sessions, including sprint playbacks, UAT sessions and go-live support

Help support customers by providing expert product knowledge

A proactive, pragmatic ‘how can we make it happen’ mind-set

Excellent document writing, presentation and spoken communication skills.

Experience with using SCRUM/Agile methodology in development of complex software solutions

4+ years of strong business analysis skills, demonstrated in relevant industries/ sectors

Strategic analysis and planning experience

Business case formulation and benefits realisation experience

Business knowledge/ awareness in wealth management or finance industry

Ability to manage relationships at a senior stakeholder level
