Job Description:

We are a dynamic and innovative company seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Associate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical support and project management through our 6-month AvePoint Technical Enrichment Program (ATEP). As a Technical Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our project management team. This program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of our operations, while also giving you the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support and participate in the planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, focusing on learning the core aspects of project management.

• Assist in the development and implementation of product support strategies.

• Assist in coordinating and managing project tasks and deliverables under the guidance of senior project managers.

• Utilizing your knowledge of our software to deliver effective resolutions and answers to customer issues and inquiries under supervision.

• Participate in team meetings and provide input on possible improvements to products and processes.

• Offers insights and suggestions that contribute to the team’s objectives, under the mentorship of more experienced colleagues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progression.

• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget.

• Monitor and track project performance and report any issues to the project manager.

• Provide administrative support and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• A recent graduate of a related IT field (IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management, etc.)

• Strong interest in project management and technical support.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
