WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for IGA and PAM solutions, with a strong focus on Saviynt and related IAM products.
• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade identity solutions using Saviynt, ensuring business, security, and compliance alignment.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, presales, and delivery teams to define scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
• Provide thought leadership to partners and internal teams through webinars, blogs, and solution-building initiatives.
• Conduct design and architecture workshops define solution blueprints, workflows, and integration patterns.
• Develop custom connectors, integrations, and automations using Java and REST APIs (approx. 20% hands-on).
• Drive solution demonstrations, workshops, and architecture presentations to support delivery and presales.
• Mentor engineers and consultants; establish best practices, standards, and reusable IAM/PAM frameworks.

WHAT YOU BRING:
• 10–14 years of overall IT experience, including 2+ years as a Solution Architect in IAM/IGA/PAM implementations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in IGA with at least two products (e.g., Saviynt, SailPoint, Oracle Identity, IBM Security Identity, Okta).
• Proficiency in PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, Thycotic).
• Experience with at least one Access Management platforms such as Okta, Entra ID, PingFederate/PingAccess, or ForgeRock.
• In-depth knowledge of Directory Services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP).
• Strong Java/J2EE skills for designing and customizing connectors, integrations, and workflows.
• Understanding of GRC systems (SAP GRC, Oracle GRC) and AAG concepts such as SoD and Entitlement Governance.
• Experience using AI tools (Anthropic Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for design, documentation, automation and risk scoring.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services and scripting (Unix Shell, Python, or Perl).
• A collaborative mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in IAM/IGA/PAM platforms (e.g., Saviynt Certified Engineer) are a plus.
