Job Description

Optimiza is seeking a talented Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing robust and scalable technical solutions that meet business requirements and align with the organization’s strategic vision. You will work closely with development teams, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of IT projects and architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop technical architecture that addresses business needs and supports operational requirements.
• Collaborate with software developers and engineers to ensure architecture will be effectively implemented.
• Analyze project requirements and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure architectural solutions comply with security, scalability, and performance standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate to improve solution effectiveness.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to development teams.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in software development and technical architecture roles.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, design patterns, and architectural frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and database technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect are a plus.
