What You’ll Do

• Gather and document functional and technical requirements in collaboration with technology teams, business areas, and clients, with a strong focus on API-related needs

• Develop functional specifications, including detailed requirement documentation, system integrations, and operational flows

• Support development teams throughout the build phase by clarifying requirements and refining specifications as needed

• Design and execute test scripts and evidence, covering functional, technical, volume, and performance testing

• Ensure effective system interoperability with trading platforms, back-office systems, and regulatory and compliance frameworks

• Manage and prioritize project and incident backlogs, ensuring timely delivery and resolution

• Provide operational support by diagnosing and resolving issues related to implemented systems

What You Bring

• Experience in the financial services sector, particularly across custody, funds, assets, and liabilities

• Hands-on experience with system development, especially API-based solutions

• Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing queries using Oracle and SQL Server

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Economics, Financial Markets, or a related functional field

• Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) — mandatory

Nice to have

• Experience with financial custody platforms such as TOTVS, YMF, Dimensa, or Megara

• Advanced knowledge of systems analysis and documentation methodologies, including UML and BPMN

• Familiarity with software factory concepts and financial integration standards such as FIX and SWIFT

• CPA-20 or CEA certification
