The Technical Analyst: Connectivity is responsible for supporting the onboarding and integration of treasury data across new and existing clients. The role focuses on setting up and maintaining secure connectivity between clients, banks, and TreasuryONE’s systems to ensure that financial data is transmitted accurately and reliably.
You will work closely with the Connectivity Manager, clients, banking partners, and internal teams to set up data exchange channels, support project delivery, and ensure that integrations are completed in line with project plans and expected timelines.
Purpose of the role
To establish and support secure data connectivity between clients, banks, and TreasuryONE systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and operational readiness.
Key responsibilities
• Assist clients in establishing connectivity with banks, third parties, and the TMS for the automated exchange of financial data
• Verify that bank accounts and relevant data sources are correctly integrated into the TMS
• Work with SFTP, SWIFT, API and other transmission methods to support data flow
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure technical alignment and project readiness
• Schedule and participate in client and bank meetings to confirm scope and responsibilities
• Track progress across implementation tasks and report updates clearly and accurately
• Act as a point of contact for connectivity-related queries during onboarding
• Support user testing and assist with investigation and resolution of connectivity issues
• Maintain organised documentation and update project records where required
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in onboarding and integration processes

Education and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum two years’ experience in technical integration, banking connectivity, or a treasury/financial systems environment
• Familiarity with SFTP, SWIFT, API connections and related integration protocols
• Experience with treasury systems or financial institutions is an advantage
• Exposure to standard file formats such as XML or CSV is beneficial
Work environment
Office-based, with occasional meetings at client or banking partner locations.
