Job Description

The Federal public Administration Reform Programme (FEPAR) was designed to provide technical assistance to key Public Services institutions in Nigeria. The purpose of FEPAR is to strengthen core Federal Government of Nigeria systems and its capacity to deliver public services, with the overall goal of a more capable and accountable Government of Nigeria

Support on internal administration

Technical advise on strategies to achieve core SERVICOM mandate areas.

Identification of capacity development needs for SERVICOM

Technical advise and support for strengthening tools and processes for embedding service delivering Improvements

Support with identification and service delivery improvement models.

Coordination of measurement standards for assessing and reporting on results

Provide advice, training and guidance, where necessary.

Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in organizational development

Sound knowledge and relevant experience of performance management, service delivery, customer care strategies and programmes and capacity building

Experience of facilitating participatory goal oriented training events.

Experience of working with senior officials at high levels within the public service and well-developed knowledge of governance at this level

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
