The Role

As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for our most strategic and complex customers. You are a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will ensure our customers derive maximum value from our platform while maintaining a high standard of technical health and operational excellence.


Responsibilities:
• Customer Advocacy & Technical Leadership: Act as the technical voice of the customer within the company, ensuring their needs are prioritised and understood by Product and Engineering teams.

• Relationship Management: Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical bottlenecks or risks in the customer journey and develop strategic plans to resolve them.

• Strategic Alignment: Translate complex customer business goals into technical roadmaps, ensuring our solutions scale with their growth.

• Operational Excellence: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and technical health metrics for your assigned accounts


Skills & Experience:
• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience managing complex technical integrations and troubleshooting SaaS platform issues.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to identifying trends, measuring success, and reporting on account health.

• Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to drive customer success.

• Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
