Overview
Our client is an AI adoption powerhouse, enabling enterprises with complex workflows to use purpose-built AI that drives efficiency and top-line revenue growth. Headquartered in the US and now expanding to Asia, they are looking for an exceptional Technical PM to join their growing team in Taiwan. Lead enterprise deployments while partnering closely with engineers to translate complex AI workflows into scalable solutions. This is a hands-on engagement leadership role that drives measurable outcomes in fast-changing environments.
What You Will Do:
• Own enterprise delivery end-to-end: Serve as the accountable lead from kickoff to value realization. Lead executive steering committees, keep strong momentum, and make sure every commitment is delivered with excellence.
• Translate business workflows into technical requirements: Turn ambiguity into clear specs, and partner with engineering team to map needs to AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows).
• Navigate complex enterprise stakeholders: Partner effectively across IT, InfoSec, legal, and compliance while maintaining startup-level speed and adaptability.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution: Work closely across different teams including Product, Design, AI Engineering, and Architecture to align on scope, responsibilities, and a tight delivery cadence.
• Drive outcomes and product learning: Identify gaps and best practices, advise customers, and channel actionable insights into the company’s platform roadmap.
• Manage production launch and monitor performance: Manage the integration, UAT, cutover, and post-launch monitoring to ensure performance, adoption, and sustained business impact.
What You Will Need:
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems is preferred. Business degree is ok if paired with clearly demonstrated technical depth.
• 5+ years of delivery leadership experience in technical account management, implementation leadership, or technical consulting, with comfort operating in both large enterprises and fast-moving startups.
• Strong AI architecture literacy, including generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, ingestion pipelines, and related components, with the ability to partner credibly with senior engineering teams.
• Demonstrated success owning outcomes and driving expansion while managing complex, multi-party enterprise rollouts, especially in regulated or high-complexity sectors.
• Proven ability to execute at speed, bringing clarity and process to ambiguous situations and adjusting quickly.
• Track record leading high-stakes programs and bringing software or AI solutions into production (not POC)
• Strong executive communication and the confidence to push back requests that do not align with scalable platform principles.
