- Technical expert centered around a technology, technologies or a portfolio of applications

- Designing and implementing Information Technology solutions

Expert 84+ Months

Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

1. At least 84 months experience with a large Government Taxation organization that includes hands on technical design, development, maintenance and end user support of complex tax systems.

2. At least 84 months experience with complex penalty and interest calculations for Corporation Tax, Personal Income Tax or Sales Tax based on state or federal tax laws.

3. At least 84 months experience with revenue reporting for complex jurisdictional state or federal tax based collections. 

4. At least 84 months experience with IDMS and DMLO in a mainframe environment.

5. At least 84 months experience with COBOL programming, IBM MVS JCL and TSO in an IBM Mainframe Environment.

6. At least 48 months experience with IBM DB2 for z/OS and IBM DB2 for LUW working with large databases and using XQuery.

7. At least 84 months experien

ce with IBM MQ Series.

8. At least 84 months experience with APS (Application Productivity System) and CICS in a mainframe environment.

9. At least 84 months of application performance analysis and tuning.

10. At least 60 months of Websphere Process Server/SOA application design incorporating JMS trigger queues, XML business objects, multi-platform services and DB2/XML databases.
