Job Description :Technical Architect Expert High

- Technical expert centered around a technology, technologies or a portfolio of applications

- Designing and implementing Information Technology solutions

Expert 84+ Months

Candidate is able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

1. At least 84 months experience with a large Government Taxation organization, which includes technical design, development, maintenance and end user support of complex tax systems.

2. At least 60 months of WebSphere Integration Developer (WID) that are built with WebSphere Process Server (WPS) experience designing and implementing applications using BPEL Processes, State Machines and SCA/SDO components.

3. At least 18 months experience implementing a NACHA compliant electronic payment processing system.

4. At least 84 months experience with Java programming in an IBM Environment development using IDE of IBM's Rational Application Developer (RAD) that are built with WebSphere Application Server (WAS).

5. At least 84 months experience with XML, J2EE technologies Servlets, JavaScript, EJB, JDBC, JNDI, MQ series, JMS, CTG, JSP XML, BPEL, SOA, XSD, XPATH, JDOM and SCA.

6. At least 84 months of IBM DB2 experience working with large databases and using XQuery.

7. At least 84 months of IBM MQSeries experience.

8. At least 84 months of system analysis and design experience for multi-tiered transactional systems.

9. At least 84 months of experience writing technical design specification documents for multifaceted component based systems.

10. At least 84 months experience in performance tuning large scale systems.
