To fuel our rapid growth, the Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Tech Talent Sourcer who is hands-on, sharp, and execution-driven — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to get things done.
Why This Role Matters
You will play a core role in building real tech pipelines, working closely with TAs and Hiring Managers, and directly impacting hiring outcomes.
This is a hybrid role:
• 50% Talent Sourcing & Market Intelligence
• 50% Recruitment Coordination & Pre-screening
What You’ll Do:
A. Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping (50%)
• Proactively source tech talents across Engineering, Product, and Data roles using:
• LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, Facebook tech communities
• ITViec, ATS database (Workable), and other creative sourcing channels
• Build and maintain high-quality, reusable talent pools for priority roles.
• Design and execute personalized outreach campaigns with strong response rates.
• Conduct talent market research & mapping (availability, competitiveness, skill trends).
• Continuously experiment with new sourcing techniques to improve pipeline quality and speed.
B. Recruitment Coordination & Pre-screening (50%)
• Screen CVs against well-defined hiring criteria and tech requirements.
• Conduct pre-screen calls using structured checklists (motivation, tech exposure, fit).
• Coordinate interview scheduling efficiently with Hiring Managers and candidates.
• Track candidates accurately in ATS and ensure smooth candidate experience.
• Support recruitment marketing activities:
• Job postings
• Content optimization
• Candidate funnel tracking and reporting
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
• Must-haves:
• 2+ year of experience in tech sourcing or tech recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Strong understanding of engineering, product, and data roles (you know what you’re sourcing, not just keywords).
• Solid hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing & Boolean search.
• Comfortable working with ATS systems (Workable is a strong plus).
• Able to handle high workload, tight deadlines, and fast-changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills — clear, sharp, and confident with candidates and stakeholders.
• A “get-it-done” mindset: proactive, resilient, and execution-focused.
• Fluent English (IELTS 7.5 equivalent)

• Experience hiring for high-growth tech or product companies.
• Exposure to hiring at scale or multiple roles in parallel.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking sourcing KPIs.
