Job Description

Global Channel Management is a technology company that specializes in various types of recruiting and staff augmentation. Our account managers and recruiters have over a decade of experience in various verticals. GCM understands the challenges companies face when it comes to the skills and experience needed to fill the void of the day to day function. Organizations need to reduce training and labor costs but at same requiring the best "talent " for the job.

M-F = 8am-Midnight Saturday: 9am-10pm Sunday: 10am-10pm Every other
weekend: Associate will work either Saturday or both Saturday &
Sunday.

There are rotating weekends where the associates will ultimately work 2 Saturdays per month and 1 Sunday per month)

The associates coming on board will only work 9-6 during their training
process (approx. 1-2 wks). After that, they will work a range of shifts
based on business needs. That could range from 9-5:30 up to and
including 3pm-midnight. They will most likely not work the same
scheduled hrs each day. They will fluctuate. Schedules are posted 3-4
weeks in advance

Candidates must
have excellent communication skills. Able to troubleshot computer
software/hardware issues over the phone; looking for candidates that are
reliable, dependable, able to multi-task; Proficient with MS Word,
Excel and Windows applications, quick learner, able to add value to the
team.

$15/hr
