About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and technically capable Tech Support & Live Events Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our online business and the smooth delivery of live Zoom events.

This role suits someone who is calm under pressure, confident with technology, and aligned with a spiritually focused brand. You will play a key role behind the scenes and during live events, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both the team and participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations & Customer Support

• Accurate record-keeping of event attendees and customers
• Activating products and managing customer access
• Responding to support emails clearly, professionally, and compassionately
• Managing contacts, tags, and basic workflows inside GoHighLevel (GHL)

Email & Newsletter Management

• Setting up and scheduling weekly newsletters inside GoHighLevel
• Formatting email content correctly and testing before sending
• Ensuring the correct lists, tags, and segments are used for each send

Content & Event Preparation

• Preparing and formatting:
• Workbooks
• Run sheets
• Slide decks
• Reminder and follow-up emails for live events
• Working confidently in Microsoft Word or Google Docs
• Basic data handling and tracking in Excel or Google Sheets
• Creating or updating simple visual assets in Canva (desirable)

Social Media Support

• Uploading short-form video content (reels) to a platform that distributes content across multiple social media channels
• Following clear posting schedules and naming conventions
• Ensuring content is uploaded correctly and on time

Live Zoom Event Hosting

• Confidently hosting live Zoom sessions
• Sharing slides and music
• Managing breakout rooms
• Spotlighting speakers and participants
• Monitoring the room and handling basic technical issues calmly in real time

Automation & Systems (Advantageous)

• Supporting or maintaining basic automations
• Experience using Zapier and/or n8n is an advantage
• Ability to follow existing systems and help improve them over time


Requirements:
• Proven experience hosting live Zoom events (Required)
• Comfortable being responsible for the technical side of live sessions without getting nervous (Composure and can work under pressure is the key)
• Open to working overtimes during weekends (Certain Months only specially during events)
• Experience using GoHighLevel (basic to intermediate hands-on experience required)
• Creating or updating simple visual assets in Canva (Desirable)
• Has an open mind to everything or Not sensitive to anything is another key to this role
• Confident using Microsoft Word or Google Docs, Excel or Google Sheets (basic level)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written communication skills
